My 2-year-old daughter asks to “do circles” every time it snows. I don’t think she liked the snow coming in the window when I busted through a small pile left by the plow at around 0:11! But anyway, enjoy.

PS I’m holding my phone out the window with one hand, driving with the other, so... yeah. But before I hear all about how dangerous, illegal, blah blah may I point out that this is the end of a small dead end road, off another small dead end, off a small back road. AND my house is the only one visible, and the nearest neighbors are 500+ feet away. This is basically my own private donut arena.

It’s been a fun driving week, this wasn’t even today’s storm, which is nicer snow (lots of crust in the video if you can tell) and more this weekend...  Yay!

When I was in elementary school, my family had a RWD Ford Econoline with a 351. Every time it snowed (which was often, growing up in SE Michigan), we’d ask our parents to do donuts in the church parking lot. It was a blast.

I’m thinking I may take the Miata to the park later and do some snownuts myself.

Dad used to do snownuts in the Vista Cruiser when we were kids, until one of us was so excited that we told Mom. Oops.

Sounds like you got a good family, way to parent! Keep up with the snownuts and teach that kid to be an awesome driver

As long as we live where we do, we’ll have that nice paved cul-de-sac right at the end of our driveway, all to ourselves. Perfect place to learn a little car control...
